I started photography initially as a way to display my knitting work and list on Etsy. I also helped one of my friends take some photos of her newborn with some success and some failures.

Then Covid happened and a co-worker asked if I’d be willing to take photos at her sister’s elopment in Wyoming. “Are you sure??” I asked. She said they just wanted it documented so I was game to try it with some of the pressure removed. I spent the next few weeks watching youtube videos on posing and to my surprise, I was good at it! The couple loved their photos and I had a new hobby.

Now that I have small kids of my own, I mainly focus on other young families in an effort to mae photos all about their connection and in a way that’s affordable.
